PRAYER POSTPONED DEATH

It was about this time that King Herod arrested some who belonged to the church, intending to persecute them. He had James, the brother of John, put to death with the sword. When he saw that this met with approval among the Jews, he proceeded to seize Peter also. 

This happened during the Festival of Unleavened Bread. After arresting him, he put him in prison, handing him over to be guarded by four squads of four soldiers each. Herod intended to bring him out for public trial after the Passover.  So Peter was kept in prison, but the church was earnestly praying to God for him.

PETER WAS SUPPOSE TO DIE

James the brother of John was already executed. The next in line was Peter, and he was indeed arrested with the sole purpose of killing him in order to please the Jews. Plans were made and all the due processes in place for his execution.

Something very interesting is that the Church the body of believers  in the church prayed for him earnestly or sincerely. "They prayed to God for Peter" and God intervened the Night before!!

THE NIGHT BEFORE

The night before Herod was to bring him to trial, Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains, and sentries stood guard at the entrance.

Acts 12:6 NIV

Peter was well kept in maximum security. But on the night before ..God moved by the prayers of the saints intervened before the execution. The death of Peter was postponed through the prayers of the Church. May I say it again - the death of Peter was postponed through the prayers of the Church. Your night before will be glorious and victorious..!!

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED

Suddenly an angel of the Lord appeared and a light shone in the cell. He struck Peter on the side and woke him up. “Quick, get up!” he said, and the chains fell off Peter’s wrists.

Acts 12:7 NIV

An Angelic intervention sent by God came suddenly to do a spiritual execution of the purpose of God. God will sent someone to deliver you, to rescue you, to take you out, to lead you away, to open the doors for you, and to save you from your executors. To snack you out and away from the executors of death. W

The chains of death around you will fall 

The chains of fear will fall

The chains of doubt will fall 

The chains of prison confinement will fall

The chains of sickness will fall

The chains in the place of your isolation will fall

"On the Day before"  God moved when the Church prayed. This prayer moved the heart of God and God moved through the Angel.
